查字典南京奥数网：全国新课标英语等级考试是一项全国性的大型英语等级考试，是由全国学习科学学会外语学习研究考级专业组和"十一五"课题组组织专家统一出题，面向全国中小学生。测试成绩根据英语新课标评估标准进行统一评定，网上公布，并为合格考生颁发相应等级测试证书。每年举行两次，六月份和十一月份各一次，报名时间分别在三月份和九月份。
